There's not realy a lot to say about this utility, It is a simple piece of
code wich install's itself in memory and executes itself when your amiga
is reset. The program make's use of location $DFF1DC on the newer amiga's
wich have the " ENHANCED CHIP SET (ECS) ". All this utility does is switch
between 50/Hz PAL and 60/Hz NTSC. One of it's use's is to force game's,
Util's etc, wich have been designed with ntsc systems in mind, to use the
full screen. Strike Ace's, Battle Squadren, The USA release of afterburner
are example's of the type games i am talking about, Try them and see. Also
in most case's it will cause the game or program to run slightly faster...
Usage:

Start the program by clicking on it's icon or just Type ECS from the cli.
This bring's up a small window with a notice wich will close itself after
a very short period. The program code is now installed. On reset press the
joystick button or the left mouse button to switch modes.

All utility bootblock's such as the SCOOPEX utility boot, SLIPSTREAM util
boot or virus killer's such as INTERFERON and SYSTEM Z will remove ECS
from memory as they will think it is a virus ............................
Upon reset the screen will turn the following colour wich mean's:-

RED .... The Joystick Button Was Pressed. Now In 60/Hz NTSC .........
GREEN .... The Left Mouse Button Was Pressed. Now In 50/Hz Pal ........
BLUE .... Nothing Was Pressed. Machine Stay's In Normal 50/Hz Mode ...
